Mid-Year Meeting Edition: Things to Know

The 2024 Mid-Year Meeting convenes in Tampa with more than 1,200 expected attendees.  

 

KEYNOTE SPEAKER: Diana Nyad, World Champion Athlete, Renowned Inspirational Speaker and Author 

 

INDUSTRY SPEAKER: Greg Case, Chief Executive Officer of Aon

NOTE: Two hotels will be utilized for the Mid-Year Meeting. The Marriott Water Street is considered the main event hotel but sessions will take place in the JW Marriott. The hotels are connected by a third floor sky bridge for easy access to both spaces.

Early Trade Show 

Setup on Sunday

With the large number of attendees, and the 9 a.m. Trade Show opening on Monday, we encourage anyone arriving to the Mid-Year on (or before) Sunday to take advantage of early trade show setup — available on Sunday, May 12th from 4-6 p.m.

Carrier Meeting Rooms and TM Flags


There will be two Carrier Meeting Rooms (Florida Carrier Room and Grand Carrier Room) open for the duration of the Mid-Year Meeting. Carriers can reserve one numbered table, in their choice of room, on a poster outside the room upon registration. Logo signs will be available for further visibility. When setting appointments with members, please indicate if you will be located in the Carrier Meeting Room and which room it is.

Red, white, and blue flags will also be displayed at different places in the Target Markets registration area. Select a color to meet at when setting appointments with attendees to cut down on congestion directly in front of the Target Markets registration table.

TMPAA Charities mission is to make a meaningful impact on the lives of those who serve our country and the future leaders of our industry.
